Acheron Lake (, ) is the B-shaped long in southwest-northeast direction and wide lake on President Beaches, Byers Peninsula on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. It has a surface area of , and is separated from Osogovo Bay waters by a wide strip of land. Lucifer Crags surmount the lake on the southwest. Acheron Lake. The feature is named after Acheron in Greek underworld.
Location
Acheron Lake is centred south of Point Smellie, west-northwest of Wasp Hill and northeast of Devils Point and north-northeast of Point Smellie. Detailed Spanish mapping in 1992, and Bulgarian mapping in 2009 and 2017.
